Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and store operations. Ability to monitor staff performance and coordinate daily activities. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused, responsible, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: Supervise daily retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow. Assign duties, coordinate schedules, and monitor the performance of retail staff. Provide guidance and support to employees to maintain high customer service standards. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and complaints. Monitor sales performance and help the team achieve sales targets. Oversee stock levels, product displays, replenishment, and inventory records. Coordinate the receiving, storage, and display of merchandise. Ensure accurate pricing, product labeling, and proper presentation of store items. Monitor cash handling and point-of-sale procedures in accordance with company policies. Prepare sales reports, inventory summaries, and other operational records. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety procedures. Report operational issues, customer feedback, and sales trends to management. Assist with staff training and the implementation of store policies and promotional activities.
