Filipino HHA/PCA — Full-Time, Queens & Brooklyn

Castle Rock Home Care is currently seeking a dedicated, full-time Filipino Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide compassionate care to clients throughout Queens and Brooklyn. This entry-level position offers a base wage of $20.34 per hour. Qualified candidates must possess a valid HHA or PCA certification and provide valid government-issued identification or proof of permanent residency. Common Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Providing culturally sensitive companionship and clear communication in Filipino and English
- Preparing nutritious daily meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and client preferences
- Performing light housekeeping duties, such as tidying living areas, washing dishes, and doing laundry
- Aiding clients with mobility, safe transfers, ambulation, and prescribed physical routines
- Prompting and reminding clients to take scheduled medications
- Assisting with grocery shopping, essential errands, and escorting clients to medical appointments
- Observing, documenting, and reporting any changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or health to the supervising nurse
