Key Responsibilities:
- Transport freshly prepared dishes swiftly and securely from the kitchen line directly to guest tables.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication between the culinary staff, expediters, and front-of-house service team.
- Verify order accuracy, presentation standards, and temperature before delivering items to the dining room.
- Deliver orders using precise seat numbers to facilitate seamless service without auctioning food.
- Describe dishes accurately to guests upon delivery and assist with initial table inquiries or requests.
- Support dining room flow by clearing used tableware, restocking service stations, and cleaning expeditor areas.
- Adhere strictly to all state and local food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines.
