We are seeking qualified Filipino-speaking linguistics professionals to join Project Lyra, an advanced language evaluation initiative. This role is tailored for individuals with a strong background in linguistics, language quality assurance, and content evaluation who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of linguistic precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, audit, and rate Filipino language data, machine learning outputs, and localized content for linguistic accuracy, natural fluency, and cultural context.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks against established project guidelines, error typologies, and linguistic standards.
- Detect, document, and categorize semantic, syntactic, grammatical, and formatting discrepancies across varied text datasets.
- Provide clear, actionable qualitative and quantitative feedback to annotators and content generation teams to drive quality improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers and fellow linguists to calibrate evaluation metrics, update style guides, and resolve linguistic edge cases.
- Maintain high throughput and consistency in data scoring while strictly adhering to quality benchmarks and project deadlines.
