Career Opportunity in Belgium!Job Vacancy: REPAIR & MAINTENANCE (FAB) Employer/Company: Job Talent DMW Registration / Accreditation No.: 10373058 Job Location: BelgiumREPAIR & MAINTENANCE (FAB)Qualifications:Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor & Photonics Industry.Solid knowledge of electronics and mechanics.Knowledge of pneumatics, precision mechanics, or vacuum technology is an advantage.Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment breakdown repair.Strong ability to diagnose technical problems and implement effective repair solutions.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.Ability to perform root-cause analysis and identify solutions to recurring equipment problems.Good understanding of industrial equipment maintenance and repair procedures.Ability to read and understand technical documentation, schematics, drawings, and equipment manuals.Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to high maintenance quality and safety standards.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Good English communication skills.Reliable, proactive, adaptable, and safety-conscious.Responsibilities:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, manufacturing, and facility equipment.Inspect equipment regularly to identify signs of wear, malfunction, or potential breakdowns.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and equipment-related faults.Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to minimize production downtime.Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes of recurring technical problems.Repair, replace, adjust, and calibrate defective or worn components as required.Work with mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, precision mechanical, and vacuum-related systems where applicable.Read and interpret technical manuals, equipment documentation, schematics, drawings, and maintenance instructions.Conduct functional tests after repairs to ensure equipment is operating safely and correctly.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, breakdowns, and replaced components.Follow established preventive maintenance schedules and ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time.Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and other technical teams to resolve equipment issues.Provide technical support during equipment installation, modification, commissioning, or improvement activities.Recommend equipment improvements and maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and performance.Maintain appropriate spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials needed for repair activities.Ensure all maintenance work follows company procedures, technical requirements, and safety standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area.Follow appropriate safety procedures when working with electrical, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and other industrial equipment.Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing equipment downtime and improving maintenance efficiency.Perform other repair, maintenance, and technical duties assigned by management.Benefits:No Placement FeeNo Processing FeeNo Salary DeductionsFree medical for successful candidatesNo required IELTS examinationRequirements:Updated ResumeCertificate of EmploymentValid PassportFor Walk-in applicants, you are welcome to visit us at: Manpower Resources of Asia 📍 4/F, DCL House, 2598 Manchas Street, Brgy.
