The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining electrical installations, automation systems, and PLC-controlled equipment within a process industry environment. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, team supervision, contractor coordination, and ensuring safe and reliable plant operations.PLANT & FACILITIES ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)Qualifications:Must hold a Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, or related Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in LV/HV electrical installations, automation, and PLC-controlled systems in a process industry.Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.Experience managing and maintaining electrical installations and industrial automation systems.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial controls, PLCs, automation, and plant equipment.Experience supervising teams, coaching personnel, and coordinating contractors.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent maintenance management and organizational skills.Strong understanding of workplace electrical safety and industrial maintenance procedures.Ability to analyze equipment failures and develop effective corrective and preventive solutions.Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities and prioritize tasks according to operational requirements.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with maintenance technicians, engineers, production personnel, contractors, and management.Highly safety-conscious with a strong commitment to reliable and efficient plant operations.Environmental Coordinator Level A and/or Prevention Advisor certification is an advantage.Responsible, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee LV/HV electrical installations, plant electrical systems, automation equipment, and PLC-controlled systems.Ensure electrical and automation systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical and automation equipment.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, automation, and PLC-related faults.Conduct root-cause analysis to identify recurring equipment failures and implement appropriate corrective actions.Monitor the condition and performance of electrical installations and plant equipment.Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, procedures, and technical documentation.Coordinate electrical maintenance activities with production, engineering, maintenance, and other departments.Supervise, coach, and provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel and electrical teams.Coordinate and monitor external contractors performing electrical, automation, and facility-related work.Ensure contractors comply with company safety requirements, technical specifications, and work procedures.Review electrical systems, equipment, and installations to identify potential risks and maintenance requirements.Support the planning and execution of electrical projects, equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations.Ensure electrical and automation work is completed according to applicable technical standards and company requirements.Monitor maintenance performance, equipment reliability, downtime, and corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, faults, and equipment performance.Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements to plant reliability and operational efficiency.Promote preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements during all electrical and maintenance activities.Support environmental and safety programs within the plant and facilities.Identify potential electrical hazards and implement appropriate preventive measures.Assist management with maintenance planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and technical decision-making.Perform other engineering, plant maintenance, electrical, and facilities-related duties assigned by management.Benefits:No Placement FeeNo Processing FeeNo Salary DeductionsFree medical for successful candidatesNo required IELTS examinationRequirements:Updated ResumeCertificate of EmploymentValid PassportFor Walk-in applicants, you are welcome to visit us at: Manpower Resources of Asia 📍 4/F, DCL House, 2598 Manchas Street, Brgy.
