The successful candidates will operate CNC punching, bending, and press brake machinery for high-grade flat metal production, particularly copper and aluminum components, while ensuring precision, quality, safety, and compliance with technical specifications.CNC EHRT OperatorQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in high-grade flat metal production.Proven experience operating CNC punching, bending, or press brake machinery.Experience with EHRT machinery, preferably EHRT EB 40, is highly advantageous.Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course in Mechanical Technology, CNC Machining, Metal Fabrication, or a related field.Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D technical drawings, CAD layouts, and fabrication schematics.Proficient in using precision hand-held measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors.Experience selecting, changing, setting, and adjusting punch and die tooling.Experience working with copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals is an advantage.Knowledge of CNC machine setup, operation, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.Ability to maintain tight dimensional tolerances and high-quality production standards.Experience operating forklifts and overhead traveling cranes is an advantage; valid certifications are preferred.Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and machine safety requirements.Good working knowledge of English for technical specifications and team communication.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality awareness.Good mechanical and technical problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.Physically fit and capable of working in a metal manufacturing environment.Willing to follow company policies, safety regulations, production procedures, and supervisor instructions.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor CNC punching, bending, and press brake machines used in high-grade flat metal production.Set up CNC machinery according to production requirements, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications.Operate EHRT machinery, preferably the EHRT EB 40, to produce precision metal components.Interpret and follow 2D and 3D technical drawings, CAD layouts, fabrication schematics, and production instructions.Select, install, change, and properly set punch and die tooling according to material and production requirements.Work with non-ferrous metals, particularly copper and aluminum, while maintaining required dimensions and tolerances.Perform machine calibration and verification before and during production.Measure finished and semi-finished components using hand-held precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and protractors.Check dimensions, angles, bends, holes, and other specifications to ensure products meet required tolerances.Monitor machine performance and production quality throughout the manufacturing process.Identify machine abnormalities, production defects, and dimensional deviations and take appropriate corrective action.Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments to minimize production interruptions.Maintain proper tooling condition and replace worn or damaged tools when necessary.Ensure materials are correctly positioned and secured before machine operation.Perform quality inspections on completed components and report non-conforming products.Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.Safely operate forklifts and overhead traveling cranes when handling materials and equipment, where authorized.Follow proper lifting, material-handling, and workplace safety procedures.Maintain CNC machines, tools, workstations, and production areas in clean and safe condition.Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance activities.Follow company safety standards, technical procedures, production schedules, and quality requirements.Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, quality personnel, and production team members regarding technical and production matters.Use English to understand technical specifications, work instructions, safety requirements, and workplace communication.Perform other CNC machining and metal fabrication duties assigned by the supervisor.Benefits:No Placement FeeNo Processing FeeNo Salary DeductionsFree medical for successful candidatesNo required IELTS examinationRequirements:Updated ResumeCertificate of EmploymentValid PassportFor Walk-in applicants, you are welcome to visit us at: Manpower Resources of Asia 📍 4/F, DCL House, 2598 Manchas Street, Brgy.
