DMW Accreditation No.: 10384073 Job Location: Czech RepublicProduction Operator (Ceramic Tiles & Concrete Stove Assembler)Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.At least high school graduate.Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or general labor is required.Experience in metal production is an advantage.Ability to perform manual assembly and handle ceramic tiles and concrete stove components.Physically capable of lifting and handling materials weighing approximately 1–25 kg.Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.Ability to identify cracks, damaged components, and other quality issues.Willing and able to work in a manufacturing and production environment.Good communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.Responsibilities:Arrange ceramic tile sets onto the appropriate stove component templates.Check the dimensions, shape, and alignment of components after calibration.Clean silicone molds and remove residual production materials.Mix refractory or heat-resistant compounds with water according to established production recipes.Operate industrial mixers safely and efficiently.Perform manual assembly of ceramic tile and concrete stove components.Inspect finished components for cracks, damaged corners, and other defects.Perform minor surface cleaning and corrections when necessary.Maintain consistent product quality according to production specifications.Safely handle and move ceramic tiles, concrete components, and other production materials.Pack finished components weighing approximately 1–20 kg onto pallets for dispatch.Handle and lift materials weighing approximately 1–25 kg safely and efficiently.Keep production areas, tools, molds, and equipment clean and organized.Follow production procedures, workplace safety rules, and quality standards.Report defective materials, equipment issues, and production concerns to supervisors.Work independently while coordinating effectively with other production team members.Perform other production and assembly duties assigned by management.Requirements:Detailed RESUMECertificate of Employment ( if available)Candidate must have ready passportVisit our office for immediate screening assessment!Walk-in applicants can visit us at: 🏛️Venture Management Systems International Corp Address:📍Unit 701B, 7F, East Tower, 8912 Asean Avenue Bldg., Asean Ave., Aseana City, Parañaque, PhilippinesFor manpower pooling only.
