Career Opportunity in Czech Republic!Job Vacancy: HOUSEKCONCRETE PLANT PRECAST/MOULDING WORKEREEPER Employer/Company: Grapecare Limited Job Location: Czech RepublicCONCRETE PLANT PRECAST/MOULDING WORKERQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.At least 2 years of experience in a precast concrete manufacturing plant.High School Graduate.Experience in the production of precast concrete elements, including mold preparation, concrete pouring, compacting, finishing, and demolding.Ability to work independently within a team after completing the required training.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, measurements, and work instructions.Experience operating an overhead crane.Forklift operation experience is an advantage.Familiarity with concrete molds, forms, hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment.Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, standing, bending, and performing manual production tasks.Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Able to follow production procedures, safety instructions, and supervisor directives.Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced concrete manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Prepare molds and forms for the production of precast concrete elements.Inspect, clean, assemble, and properly position molds before concrete filling.Prepare concrete materials and assist with the production process according to established procedures.Pour concrete into molds and forms accurately and efficiently.Compact concrete using appropriate methods and equipment to achieve proper density and quality.Level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces according to required specifications.Monitor concrete placement and ensure molds are properly filled.Remove or demold finished concrete elements safely after the concrete has sufficiently cured.Clean, maintain, and treat molds and forms for subsequent production cycles.Perform basic repairs and adjustments to molds and formwork as required.Handle, move, and position raw materials, concrete components, and finished precast products.Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly for production and finishing work.Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, measurements, and work instructions.Operate an overhead crane to move molds, materials, and precast concrete elements when required.Assist with lifting, positioning, loading, and unloading concrete products using appropriate equipment.Operate a forklift when authorized and required for material handling.Inspect finished concrete elements for visible defects, dimensions, surface quality, and workmanship.Report defective molds, damaged materials, equipment problems, or production issues to supervisors.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.Follow workplace health and safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).Work closely with other production workers and supervisors to meet daily manufacturing targets.Perform other precast concrete production and plant duties assigned by management.Requirements:Update and detailed Resume with a pictureEmployment CertificateTraining CertificatePassport CopyWalk-in applicants are welcome to apply!
