Job Location: Czech RepublicWATERPROOFERQualifications:At least 2 years of professional experience in torch-on waterproofing.Proven experience installing bituminous membranes using a propane torch.Experience applying waterproofing systems to roofs, foundations, bridge decks, and similar structures.Knowledge of horizontal and vertical waterproofing installation techniques.Ability to properly prepare surfaces and install, overlap, bond, and seal bituminous membranes.Familiarity with waterproofing tools, propane torches, gas cylinders, and related equipment.Good understanding of construction site safety and fire prevention procedures.Ability to follow technical instructions, specifications, and installation standards.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working at heights when required.Male applicants are preferred.Reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a construction team.Responsibilities:Install torch-on waterproofing systems using bituminous and asphalt membranes.Apply waterproofing membranes to both horizontal and vertical surfaces.Use a hand-held propane torch to heat and bond bituminous membranes properly.Prepare roofs, foundations, bridge decks, and other surfaces before waterproofing installation.Clean, dry, and remove dirt, dust, debris, and loose materials from surfaces.Measure, cut, position, and align waterproofing membranes according to project requirements.Overlap and seal membrane joints and edges to create continuous waterproof barriers.Ensure proper adhesion of membranes to prevent water infiltration and leakage.Apply waterproofing materials around corners, edges, joints, penetrations, drains, and other difficult areas.Inspect completed waterproofing work for gaps, loose sections, weak joints, or other defects.Repair or reseal damaged, improperly bonded, or defective membrane sections.Follow technical specifications, installation procedures, and instructions from supervisors.Handle propane torches, gas cylinders, waterproofing materials, and hand tools safely.Maintain proper fire safety precautions when using open-flame equipment.Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow construction site safety regulations.Protect completed waterproofing surfaces from damage during subsequent construction activities.Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.Assist with preparation and handling of waterproofing materials at the construction site.Report material requirements, installation problems, hazards, and defects to the supervisor.Perform other waterproofing and construction-related duties as assigned.Requirements:Update and detailed Resume with a pictureEmployment CertificateTraining CertificatePassport CopyWalk-in applicants are welcome to apply!
