Job Description

The Field-Based Bilingual Account Manager role requires a professional proficient in English and one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, Fuzhounese, Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino/Tagalog, or South Asian languages (including Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Punjabi, Tamil, and Gujarati). In this role, the representative bridges linguistic and cultural gaps to manage, support, and expand the organization's client base within a designated geographic territory.

Common responsibilities for this position include:

- Managing and nurturing client relationships through regular in-person visits within the assigned territory
- Serving as the primary point of contact for bilingual and multilingual accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth in culturally diverse markets
- Presenting product demonstrations and business proposals tailored to the specific language and cultural needs of diverse client segments
- Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues efficiently by coordinating with internal departments
- Tracking market trends, analyzing regional sales data, and reporting on territory performance
