Candidates must be at least a high school graduate. Previous experience operating pharmaceutical or production machinery is preferred. Certificates or training in Mechanical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical Operations, or related fields are highly beneficial. Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, machine operation, and basic equipment maintenance. Good attention to detail and ability to accurately complete production and maintenance records. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Operate and adjust pharmaceutical production machines, including tablet presses, capsule fillers, and packaging equipment. Monitor machine settings, production processes, speed, and efficiency to ensure consistent product quality. Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and basic maintenance of production equipment. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults or equipment problems to the appropriate personnel. Accurately record production data, batch information, cleaning activities, and maintenance records. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area in compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
