### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Surface Preparation:** Clean, degrease, sand, grind, and eliminate rust, mill scale, old coatings, and contaminants from metal and industrial surfaces.
* **Coating Application:** Mix paints, thinners, and primers to manufacturer specifications; apply industrial paints and protective coatings evenly using spray systems, rollers, and brushes.
* **Quality Assurance:** Inspect coated surfaces for imperfections (e.g., runs, bubbles, uneven thickness, contamination) and execute precision touch-ups and repairs.
* **Equipment Maintenance:** Properly operate, clean, and service spray equipment, lines, and standard painting tools; protect non-targeted surfaces and machinery from overspray.
* **Health & Safety Compliance:** Handle and store hazardous chemicals, paints, and solvents according to safety protocols; consistently utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators.
* **Operational Coordination:** Maintain a clean workspace, report equipment issues or material deficits promptly, and coordinate with supervisors to meet production targets.

* Proven track record and hands-on experience as an Industrial Painter in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* In-depth knowledge of industrial coating techniques, surface preparation standards, and paint mixing procedures.
* Proficient in the operation and maintenance of spray-painting machinery and industrial tools.
* Strong commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to follow technical blueprints and specifications.
* Working knowledge of chemical safety (handling/storage of solvents and hazardous materials) and workplace health regulations.
