High school graduate or technical vocational graduate. At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related industrial maintenance role. Technical education or proven practical experience in maintenance and repair. Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery. Good electrical knowledge and basic electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines. Knowledge of machine parameter settings and production process requirements. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred, especially in flour milling. Able to identify production irregularities and take appropriate corrective action. Familiarity with equipment cleaning, inspection, and replacement of machine components. Able to understand production schedules and follow technical instructions. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a responsible work attitude. Committed to workplace safety, cleanliness, and efficient production. Willing and able to work as both a Maintenance Technician and Machine Operator, an important requirement for this position. Responsibilities: Set up, adjust, and operate machinery used in flour milling production. Manually adjust and convert machines according to product specifications and production requirements. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machines and equipment. Diagnose and resolve minor electrical faults and major mechanical problems. Inspect equipment and silos to help ensure safe and reliable operations. Set and adjust machine parameters according to production requirements. Monitor production parameters, including temperature, machine speed, and operational efficiency. Identify, anticipate, and correct irregularities or deviations in the production process. Manually clean machine components and maintain equipment in good working condition. Replace worn, damaged, or defective parts of production machinery. Read and follow production plans, work schedules, and operating instructions. Recommend, develop, and implement improvements to maintain smooth production operations. Report issues and observations relating to safety, product quality, delivery schedules, and production yield. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workplace. Follow established operating procedures, workplace safety rules, and applicable food hygiene standards. Perform both maintenance technician and machine operator duties as required.
