Peak Pacific Construction, LLC is seeking a highly qualified **Safety Supervisor** to oversee occupational health and safety operations across its construction projects and facilities in Guam. ### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Site Oversight & Compliance:** Direct daily health and safety operations; conduct routine site inspections, hazard evaluations, and comprehensive safety audits in full compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
* **Incident Management:** Lead thorough investigations into workplace incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; develop detailed root-cause reports and implement corrective/preventive action plans.

### **Candidate Qualifications**
* **Education:** Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, Nursing, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Public Health, or a related discipline (preferred).
* **Experience:** Minimum of three (3) years of dedicated safety supervisory experience within construction or industrial environments.
* **Medical / Emergency Background:** Prior experience as an EMT, EMR, Paramedic, First Responder, Nurse, or Occupational Health Professional is strongly preferred.
* **Certifications:** Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications required/preferred.
* **Technical Knowledge:** Comprehensive understanding of OSHA construction regulations, hazard mitigation, and standard emergency response protocols.
* **Core Competencies:** Strong leadership, incident investigation capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications and safety management software.
