Liancheng Overseas Fishery (FSM) Co., Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Quality Control Specialist**. This role is responsible for inspecting, testing, and grading seafood and fishery products, monitoring workplace health and sanitation standards, and managing cargo and quality documentation to ensure full compliance with international food safety and operational standards.

* **Inspection & Quality Assurance:**
* Perform quality inspections, sampling, and laboratory testing on raw materials and finished seafood products for grading and safety verification.
* Monitor product handling, processing, cold storage, and export staging to detect defects, spoilage, or contamination risks.
* Verify that all shipments conform to company guidelines, contractual specifications, and international export standards.

* **Health, Safety & Environmental Monitoring:**
* Oversee facility sanitation and health protocols, including equipment checks and fresh water quality/availability for operations.

### **Candidate Qualifications**

* **Education:** Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
* **Experience:** Minimum of **two (2) years** of relevant quality control, laboratory testing, grading, or product inspection experience (fishery/seafood processing background is an advantage).
* **Technical Skills:**
* Competence in standard laboratory testing, product grading, and cargo handling procedures.
* Proficiency in standard office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word).
* **Communication & Aptitude:**
* Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and recordkeeping capabilities with a high attention to detail.
