Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Must be able to communicate professionally with guests and business clients. Must be comfortable promoting hotel services and following up on sales inquiries. Previous experience in hotel sales, reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is an advantage. Responsibilities: Promote the resort’s rooms, facilities, packages, and hospitality services to prospective clients. Respond to inquiries about room availability, rates, reservations, and hotel services. Assist clients with sales inquiries, bookings, and related arrangements. Build and maintain professional relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other business partners. Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other client-related documents as required. Follow up on sales leads and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Provide accurate information about resort facilities, promotions, and available packages. Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, sales activities, and customer information. Help achieve sales targets and contribute to the resort’s business development efforts. Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
