### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Product Development & Optimization:**
* Formulate and develop liquid and powder cleaning detergents to meet target performance, safety, and cost benchmarks.
* Screen, select, and evaluate chemical raw materials (surfactants, builders, solvents, fragrances, preservatives, etc.).
* Optimize formulations for cleaning efficacy, stability, viscosity, foam characteristics, appearance, and pH.
* **Testing & Quality Control:**
* Conduct bench-scale laboratory trials, shelf-life/stability testing, and quality evaluations on raw materials and finished goods.
* Analyze experimental and production test data to troubleshoot issues and recommend corrective formulation adjustments.
* **Production Scale-Up & Support:**
* Collaborate with the Production and QC teams to seamlessly scale up laboratory formulations to commercial manufacturing.
* Provide technical assistance and root-cause analysis for production batch discrepancies or quality deviations.
