DMW Accreditation No.: 10384073 Job Location: Czech RepublicProduction Operator (Metal Assembler) – Automotive IndustryQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of working experience in production, metal assembly, manufacturing, or a related industrial position.No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.Previous experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing is an advantage.Experience operating production or assembly machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Ability to load, position, and handle metal parts and components safely and accurately.Ability to perform visual and basic dimensional quality inspections.Ability to follow production instructions, technical procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.Minimum height requirement of 155 cm.Must have a healthy back and be physically capable of performing demanding production work.Must be able to lift loads as required for the position.Candidates must have no health restrictions such as allergies, carpal tunnel syndrome, or asthma, as specified for the role.Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive production tasks for extended periods.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial and automotive manufacturing environment.Willingness and ability to work on a rotating 3-shift system.Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.Reliable, disciplined, hardworking, and able to follow instructions from supervisors.Good teamwork and communication skills.Strong commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and production standards.Responsibilities:Operate production and assembly machinery used in the manufacturing of metal automotive components.Load, position, and secure metal parts and components into machines for processing and assembly.Follow established production procedures, work instructions, and machine operating requirements.Monitor machine cycles and ensure equipment operates correctly throughout the assigned shift.Observe machine performance and production processes to identify abnormalities or irregularities.Perform assembly operations accurately according to production specifications.Conduct visual inspections of finished metal components to identify defects, damage, incorrect assembly, or surface imperfections.Perform basic dimensional checks using appropriate measuring tools and procedures.Ensure finished products meet required quality, dimensional, and production standards.Separate defective or non-conforming parts and report quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor.Maintain consistent production output while following established quality requirements.Report technical malfunctions, equipment abnormalities, and production problems promptly to the shift supervisor.Assist with basic machine cleaning and routine operational checks as required.Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free from unnecessary materials and hazards.Properly handle metal components, tools, containers, and production materials.Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain safe working practices when operating machinery and handling metal parts.Work effectively within a rotating 3-shift system to support continuous production operations.Coordinate with fellow production operators, assemblers, quality personnel, and shift supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.Follow company standards for productivity, quality, housekeeping, and workplace safety.Participate in corrective actions or rework activities when required.Perform other production, assembly, and machine operation duties assigned by management.Requirements:Detailed RESUMECertificate of Employment ( if available)Candidate must have ready passportVisit our office for immediate screening assessment!Walk-in applicants can visit us at: 🏛️Venture Management Systems International Corp Address:📍Unit 701B, 7F, East Tower, 8912 Asean Avenue Bldg., Asean Ave., Aseana City, Parañaque, PhilippinesFor manpower pooling only.
