Job Location: Czech Republic TECHNICIAN (INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE) Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. At least a high school graduate. Must have experience as an Injection Molding Machine Technician. Trained in electrical or mechanical engineering, with the ability to work independently on electrical equipment within the scope of appropriate training and authorization. Experience with injection molding machine maintenance, mold changes, troubleshooting, and production adjustments. Familiarity with Engel Victory injection molding machines is relevant to the stated job requirements. Knowledge of preventive maintenance and industrial machine safety procedures. Able to diagnose equipment faults and perform repairs within the scope of technical competence. Responsibilities: Ensure the proper operation and functionality of machines in the injection molding department. Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on injection molding machines and molds. Carry out planned mold changes, equipment changeovers, and related setup activities. Start up and shut down machines according to established operating procedures. Adjust machine settings and production parameters to meet product specifications and manufacturing requirements. Inspect and troubleshoot electrical equipment within the scope of training and authorization. Diagnose machine faults and identify appropriate corrective actions within the scope of technical competence. Monitor machine performance and report recurring faults or production abnormalities. Operate and work with Engel Victory injection molding machines. Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move, position, install, or change molds when properly trained and authorized. Ensure that machines, molds, and associated equipment operate safely and efficiently. Coordinate with production personnel and supervisors to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. Maintain records of maintenance activities, machine faults, repairs, and equipment changes. Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturer instructions when servicing machinery.
