Sales Counselor
Position Overview and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of one year of experience in sales, outside sales, business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions, sales consulting, or customer service. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is strongly preferred, specifically in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective clients through the consultation and purchasing process to identify their specific needs.
- Present, promote, and sell relevant products or services using a consultative sales approach.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, or site tours for interested buyers.
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, community networking, and follow-ups.
- Prepare accurate sales agreements, contracts, and necessary closing documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
- Accurately track client communications, sales activities, and pipeline status within the CRM database.
