We are seeking a seasoned **HSE Instructor specializing in Offshore Survival Training**. The successful candidate will deliver classroom-based theory and practical, scenario-based safety training for personnel operating in offshore, marine, and heavy industrial environments.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Training Delivery:** Conduct comprehensive theoretical and hands-on training covering offshore survival, emergency preparedness, and specialized HSE protocols.
* **Practical Simulations:** Facilitate realistic offshore emergency exercises, personal survival techniques, and proper utilization of life-saving/protective equipment.
* **Assessment & Evaluation:** Assess trainee competence through practical drills, written exams, and oral evaluations, providing actionable and constructive feedback.
