Career Opportunities in Brunei!Job Vacancy: DISHWASHER Employer/Company: Sim Kim Huat Trading Co Sdn Bhd DMW Registration / Accreditation No. 10040828 Job Location: BruneiDISHWASHERQualifications:Previous experience as a Dishwasher, Kitchen Helper, Cleaner, or in a similar food service position is an advantage.Basic knowledge of kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, and sanitation procedures.Ability to properly clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning materials and chemicals.Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive cleaning tasks.Able to lift and carry kitchen items and supplies when required.Good attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Good teamwork and communication skills.Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and willing to follow instructions.Able to work independently when assigned routine cleaning duties.Willing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.Flexible and willing to perform other kitchen duties as assigned.Willing to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.Responsibilities:Wash, clean, and sanitize plates, bowls, glasses, cups, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen utensils.Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently when available.Scrub and clean pots, pans, trays, and other heavily used kitchen equipment.Ensure all cleaned items are properly rinsed, sanitized, dried, and stored in their designated areas.Keep dishwashing areas clean, organized, and free from unnecessary clutter.Clean sinks, counters, dish racks, floors, and other assigned kitchen areas.Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment and workstations.Collect used dishes, utensils, and cookware from designated areas and return clean items promptly.Properly dispose of food waste and rubbish according to kitchen procedures.Separate recyclable materials and waste when required by company procedures.Maintain adequate supplies of dishwashing detergent, cleaning materials, and other necessary items.Report damaged, broken, or missing dishes, utensils, equipment, and cleaning supplies to the supervisor.Follow proper food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to established safety instructions.Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks during busy operating periods.Help maintain cleanliness in storage areas, refrigerators, freezers, and other assigned areas when required.Ensure the kitchen remains clean and ready for continuous food preparation and service.Follow instructions from cooks, supervisors, and management.Perform other cleaning, kitchen, and general duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.Requirements:Comprehensive in WORD FORMAT (only resumes in word format are accepted)Full body photo in corporate attireVocational/ Training certificatesWe accept walk ins:You may visit us and submit your application personally at our office address: KYR International Manpower Services 📍U-7 3F A.
