This opportunity is ideal for culinary professionals with at least three years of cooking experience, strong culinary knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.COOKQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Cook.Strong culinary knowledge and practical cooking skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.Good teamwork, communication, time-management, and organizational skills.Physically fit, hardworking, reliable, and able to work under pressure during busy service periods.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes, menus, and quality standards.Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning food items.Follow recipes, cooking methods, portion sizes, and presentation standards consistently.Ensure food is properly cooked, seasoned, presented, and served according to kitchen requirements.Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, taste, and presentation.Monitor food preparation and cooking processes to ensure timely completion of orders.Maintain proper food handling, storage, sanitation, and hygiene practices.Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before preparation and cooking.Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and ingredients.Monitor ingredient usage and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen, including workstations, cooking equipment, utensils, and storage areas.Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly and report any malfunction or maintenance concerns.Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient food service.Follow food safety regulations, workplace safety procedures, and company kitchen standards.Assist with menu preparation, special dishes, and other culinary requirements when needed.Perform other cooking and kitchen duties assigned by management.Requirements:Certificate of EmploymentValid PassportUpdated CV/ResumePEOSIn partnership with: JobX International Manpower Services OPC 📍GCS Commercial Building, 3rd Floor, 403 P.
