### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Welding & Fabrication:** Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to cut, fit, align, and weld metal components using appropriate techniques and equipment.
* **Quality & Precision:** Maintain accurate dimensions, alignment, and weld quality; inspect finished work for defects (cracks, porosity, distortion) and perform grinding, repairs, or re-welding as necessary.
* **Equipment Maintenance:** Safely operate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on welding machines, gas apparatus, tools, and accessories; report faults promptly.
* **Safety & Compliance:** Adhere strictly to industry standards, site safety regulations, and company health protocols, including the continuous use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
