Job opportunity in Taiwan!Employer/Company: HSUEH MING / XUE MING DMW Registration / Accreditation No.: 10383089 Job Location: TaiwanCARETAKERQualifications:Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.No minimum educational attainment required.Must be able to understand and speak English.Hands-on knowledge of basic tools and repair tasks.Experience in building, property, facility, or general maintenance is an advantage.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or other maintenance work is preferred.Physically fit and capable of performing routine maintenance and cleaning duties.Responsible, trustworthy, observant, and safety-conscious.Able to work independently and follow instructions.Responsibilities:Monitor the daily security, cleanliness, and general condition of assigned buildings.Maintain residential complexes, schools, community centers, or other facilities as assigned.Conduct routine inspections of buildings, common areas, and facilities.Perform basic maintenance and minor repair work using hand tools and basic equipment.Identify maintenance problems, defects, leaks, or safety hazards and report them promptly.Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other minor repair tasks when required.Keep common areas, facilities, and surrounding areas clean and orderly.Monitor building entrances, exits, and other areas to help maintain site security.Assist with waste management and proper disposal of garbage.Coordinate with supervisors or maintenance personnel for repairs beyond the scope of basic maintenance.Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.Follow workplace safety procedures and building maintenance standards.Perform other caretaker and facility maintenance duties assigned by management.Requirements: Updated CV with pictureCertificates of EmploymentPassport (Bio page)Vaccine/Booster CardDiploma/TESDA CertificateWe accept walk ins:Walk-in applicants our Priority (Please report Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) Look for Ms. Ghie.
