Position: Barista (Contract)

Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual to launch their career in the coffee and hospitality industry. This contract position provides a monthly compensation of $1,400, which includes employer-provided accommodation. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and custom orders
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Welcome patrons, present menus, provide beverage recommendations, and take orders accurately
- Manage transactions and payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor inventory, track consumption of beans, dairy, and supplies, and assist with restocking duties
