Bartender FT/PT

Position: Bartender (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are seeking dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Bartenders to join our expanding team. This role represents more than crafting beverages; it is an opportunity to share meaningful stories through food, drinks, and authentic Filipino hospitality. Our beverage program emphasizes fresh ingredients, thoughtful cocktails, curated wine and beer selections, and an evolving zero-proof menu.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Deliver warm, attentive, and professional hospitality to all guests
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including cocktail ingredients, wine profiles, beer varieties, and zero-proof offerings
- Prepare fresh garnishes, mixers, and bar prep items daily
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels during shifts
- Uphold all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Keep the bar area, glassware, and equipment clean, organized, and properly sanitized
- Process guest payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system
