Position Title: Stewarding Supervisor

Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong capacity for initiative and operational anticipation
- Fluent in both English and Filipino, with excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily stewarding operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining facilities
- Supervise, train, and schedule stewarding staff to maintain efficiency and safety compliance
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for chemicals, dishware, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment
- Inspect dishwashing areas, food preparation surfaces, and waste disposal units to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively address maintenance issues or supply shortages
- Ensure the proper washing, handling, and safe storage of all kitchen tools and service equipment
