Job Overview:
The Service Associate - Engineering supports the daily operations of Facilities Control Systems (FCS) and ensures full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) standards. This role requires strong organizational capabilities, technical aptitude, and clear communication skills to maintain safe and efficient facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation, routine monitoring, and maintenance of Facilities Control Systems (FCS).
- Ensure continuous adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) regulations and internal safety standards.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard identifications, and safety audits.
- Prepare, update, and organize engineering reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel and external service contractors for equipment servicing and facility repairs.
- Support the planning and execution of health, safety, and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
- Proficient in computer applications and standard office software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
