**Job Opportunity: Caregiver / Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Filipino/Tagalog Speaking**

We are urgently hiring a compassionate and professional Caregiver / Personal Care Aide (PCA) fluent in Filipino/Tagalog to provide vital, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of those you serve.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Competitive pay of up to $17.00 per hour
- Sign-on bonus of $1,300
- Daily pay options available

**Common Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide culturally sensitive care and clear communication in Filipino or Tagalog to support the client's linguistic and personal preferences.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and physical positioning.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dusting, and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary guidelines and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor the client's overall health and well-being.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and essential errands.
- Document and report any changes in the client’s physical or mental condition to the care management team.
