- Support client mobility, safe transfers, positioning, and prescribed light physical activities.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals, incorporating traditional Filipino culinary preferences when requested, while adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Deliver timely medication reminders and observe daily health and wellness status.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundering, changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining an organized, hazard-free environment.
- Offer meaningful companionship, emotional support, and conversational engagement.
- Provide transportation or accompaniment to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and community errands within the Kent area.
- Document daily care activities and promptly report any changes in client physical or mental condition to family members or supervisory staff.
