Job Description

The Senior Compensation Advisor position is responsible for overseeing and aligning equitable compensation strategies across diverse global talent markets, with a dedicated focus on regions including Africa, Southeast Asia (encompassing Burmese, Cambodian, Filipino, Laotian, Thai, and Vietnamese demographics), as well as Non-white West Asian and North African territories.

Common job responsibilities of a Senior Compensation Advisor include:

- Designing, evaluating, and administering global compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Conducting comprehensive market benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary surveys tailored to regional economic conditions.
