Job Description
Restaurant Naides, an upscale Filipino fine-dining establishment that opened last December at 708 Bush Street (the former location of Sons & Daughters), is seeking a highly motivated and committed Chef de Partie to join its ambitious culinary team.
The common responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing and operating a specific section of the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
- Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to the restaurant's high standards of quality and presentation.
- Supervising and training junior kitchen staff and commis chefs within the station.
- Monitoring food stock, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste for the designated station.
- Maintaining strict health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborating with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development and operational improvements.
