Position: Collection Specialist
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma, or a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Experience: No prior work experience is required; entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Filipino.
- Key Competencies: Computer literate, dedicated and work-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Vehicle Requirement: Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities of a Collection Specialist:
- Contact clients with outstanding balances to negotiate payment terms and resolve overdue accounts.
- Conduct field visits and localized collections utilizing own motorcycle to meet with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all payment agreements, collection activities, and customer interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies regarding billing and payments.
- Collaborate with the management team to escalate unresolved accounts and meet collection targets.
