**Qualifications & Requirements:**
* **Education:** Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* **Preference:** Female candidates of Filipino nationality are preferred for this role.
* **Experience:** Proven experience in retail management, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
