Experience working with fashion brands such as Plains & Prints, K&Company, Kamiseta, Bayo, or R.A.F. is an advantage. Must have a portfolio showcasing relevant fashion collections and design work. Demonstrated creativity and an understanding of womenswear trends and retail fashion design. Responsibilities: Develop creative womenswear and ready-to-wear fashion concepts and collections. Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and market preferences to support the design process. Create design concepts and collection proposals that align with the brand’s identity and target market. Prepare design presentations and maintain an organized portfolio of fashion collections. Collaborate with relevant teams throughout the fashion design and product development process. Review designs and make adjustments based on collection requirements and feedback.
