Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment scheduling systems are an advantage. Responsible, courteous, trustworthy, and able to work as part of a team. Responsibilities: Welcome clients and provide a friendly, professional first impression. Manage salon appointments, bookings, and scheduling. Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries through available communication channels. Provide information about salon services, pricing, and appointment availability. Coordinate appointments with hair stylists, nail technicians, and other salon staff. Maintain accurate appointment records and client information. Assist with client check-in and check-out procedures. Handle customer concerns professionally and refer complex issues to the appropriate supervisor. Help maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Assist with administrative tasks and other duties related to salon operations.
