Job opportunity in Kuwait!Job Vacancy: MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN Employer/Company: Alusol Rolling Shutters Industries Company DMW Accreditation No.: 202652 Job Location: KuwaitMECHANICAL TECHNICIANQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.Bachelor’s / College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Male applicants are preferred for this role.College graduate, preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Previous experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and equipment servicing is required.Knowledge of mechanical machinery, equipment components, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures.Ability to inspect, diagnose, adjust, replace, and repair mechanical components.Familiarity with bearings, shafts, gears, belts, chains, couplings, pulleys, lubrication systems, and other mechanical components.Ability to read and follow technical drawings, equipment manuals, maintenance instructions, and specifications.Skilled in the safe use of mechanical hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and maintenance equipment.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair work.Able to work in different industrial, workshop, production, or facility environments as required.Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and proper use of PPE.Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work effectively with engineers, technicians, operators, and other maintenance personnel.Responsibilities:Perform installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical machinery and equipment.Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment to identify wear, damage, abnormal operation, or potential failures.Perform preventive maintenance according to established maintenance schedules and manufacturer recommendations.Diagnose mechanical faults and determine appropriate repair or maintenance actions.Replace, adjust, repair, and properly reinstall worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts and components.Dismantle and reassemble mechanical machinery and equipment when required for inspection, repair, or maintenance.Check mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, belts, chains, gears, couplings, pulleys, and other moving parts for proper condition and operation.Lubricate machinery and mechanical components according to required maintenance schedules and specifications.Monitor equipment performance, operating conditions, vibration, noise, temperature, and other indicators of mechanical problems.Conduct testing after maintenance and repairs to verify that equipment operates safely and properly.Use appropriate mechanical hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and maintenance equipment safely and correctly.Read and follow technical manuals, equipment specifications, maintenance procedures, drawings, and work instructions.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, parts replaced, and equipment conditions.Report equipment defects, recurring mechanical problems, safety hazards, and major maintenance requirements to the supervisor.Assist in identifying the causes of recurring equipment failures and recommend appropriate corrective actions.Coordinate with electricians, operators, engineers, supervisors, and other maintenance personnel during equipment repairs and servicing.Ensure machines and equipment are properly isolated or made safe before carrying out maintenance work.Maintain mechanical tools, equipment, spare parts, and work areas in clean, organized, and serviceable condition.Assist with the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment and machinery when required.Follow company maintenance procedures, workplace health and safety requirements, and proper equipment-handling practices.Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing maintenance and repair activities.Perform other mechanical maintenance, installation, inspection, and repair duties assigned by management.Requirements: Updated CV with pictureCertificates of EmploymentPassport (Bio page)Vaccine/Booster CardDiploma/TESDA CertificateWe accept walk ins:You may visit us and submit your application personally at our office address: Fluor Manpower Agency Inc. 📍U101 & 102 GF Casa Pennsylvania Condominium, 1638 Leon Guinto, Malate, ManilaFor manpower pooling only No fees in any form and/or purpose will be collected from the applicants.
