Job Vacancy: Slitting Machine Technician Employer/Company: Al-Suffayah Vataniyah Company for Manufacturing Job Location: Saudi Arabia Slitting Machine Technician Qualifications: At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience as a Slitting Machine Technician, Slitting Machine Operator, or in a related manufacturing position. Ability to set up, align, and adjust slitting machinery. Knowledge of machine operation, material handling, and production processes. Ability to perform basic machine repairs and troubleshoot operational problems. Attention to detail when checking cutting dimensions and finished material quality. Ability to follow technical instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures. Responsibilities: Set up and prepare slitting machinery according to production requirements and material specifications. Align and adjust machine components, blades, and operating settings to achieve accurate cutting widths. Monitor machine operation and production output to ensure consistent quality. Inspect slit materials for dimensional accuracy, edge quality, and compliance with production standards. Identify machine faults and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of slitting equipment. Replace or assist with replacing worn or damaged blades and machine components when authorized. Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, and quality defects to the supervisor. Follow production schedules, quality-control procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
