Arabian Rig Manufacturing (ARM) is seeking skilled and certified **Welders / Fabricators** with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Successful candidates will be responsible for structural fabrication and high-standard welding operations on critical drilling rig equipment and components.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Welding & Fabrication:** Perform high-quality welding and fabrication on oil and gas structures, including drilling rig masts, substructures, mud systems, piping, pressure vessels, and process equipment.
* **Process Execution:** Proficiently operate various welding processes, specifically **GTAW, SMAW, and FCAW**, in accordance with industry codes and specifications.
* **Blueprint Interpretation:** Accurately read, interpret, and work from complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical layouts.
* **Quality & Inspection Support:** Collaborate with QA/QC teams, maintain quality benchmarks, and support Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) inspection procedures.
* **Safety & Compliance:** Strictly adhere to workplace safety regulations (HSE), standard operating procedures, and technical manufacturing guidelines.

### **Candidate Qualifications**
* **Experience:** Minimum of two (2) years of proven welding and fabrication experience in the oil and gas industry.
* **Education & Certifications:**
* ITI Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent accredited technical training in welding.
* Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) cards/certificates in **GTAW, SMAW, or FCAW** are highly advantageous.
* **Technical Skills:**
* Strong blueprint interpretation skills covering structural, piping, and mechanical drawings.
* In-depth knowledge of fabrication materials, welding metallurgy, and general construction methods.
