Position: Surveyor
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Surveyor. This role involves utilizing modern geospatial equipment, including GPS receivers and laser scanners, to perform precise boundary and topographical measurements. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of land laws, zoning ordinances, and regulatory compliance. This position is open to Filipino nationals. Women and candidates without prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
Compensation:
$1,600 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys utilizing GPS receivers, laser scanners, and total stations to capture precise measurements.
- Calculate and verify property boundaries, topography, and structural locations.
- Review and interpret legal land records, property deeds, and local regulations.
- Process geospatial data and prepare accurate maps, reports, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction managers to support project layouts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Open to Filipino nationals.
- Familiarity with or aptitude to learn surveying tools, specifically GPS receivers and laser scanners.
- Knowledge of relevant land laws, legal property descriptions, and regulatory standards.
- No prior surveying experience required; entry-level applicants and women are welcome.
