Position: Sales Counselor
Position Overview and Requirements:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. A minimum of one year of experience in sales is required, with relevant backgrounds including outside sales, business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, sales consulting, or professional customer service. Multilingual proficiency is strongly preferred, with particular emphasis on fluency in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic. Core Responsibilities:
- Consult directly with prospective clients to identify their unique needs and recommend appropriate product or service solutions.
- Guide customers through every phase of the sales cycle, from initial consultation and product demonstrations to agreement finalization.
- Generate new sales leads through outbound outreach, networking, and timely follow-up on inbound inquiries.
- Cultivate and preserve strong, trust-based client relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client records in the CRM database.
- Consistently meet or exceed established individual sales quotas, revenue targets, and customer service standards.
