The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, manufacturing components, and assembling and installing premium custom cabinetry and architectural joinery in both workshop and on-site environments.

* **Blueprint Interpretation:** Review and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and specifications to determine dimensions and project requirements.
* **Fabrication & Machining:** Measure, cut, shape, and route various materials—including solid timber, veneers, MDF, particleboard, and composite panels—using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery.
* **Assembly & Joinery:** Construct and assemble custom furniture frames, cabinetry, shelving, and drawer units to exact specifications.
