Position: Sales Counselor
Job Summary and Qualifications:
Candidates are required to hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of one year of professional experience in direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, outside sales, sales consulting, or customer service is required. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are highly preferred, particularly in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting prospective clients through the decision-making process by evaluating their individual needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Actively generating new leads, conducting outreach, and promptly following up on sales inquiries.
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, or facility tours to prospective buyers.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with clients across the entire sales cycle.
- Negotiating agreements, preparing accurate sales documentation, and closing transactions.
- Maintaining detailed customer interaction logs, pipeline updates, and sales data within the CRM system.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
