Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality didactic and clinical instruction in Medical/Surgical and designated nursing specialty courses in accordance with established curriculum.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate nursing students during clinical rotations in partner healthcare facilities, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and professional standards of care.
- Facilitate learning in simulation and skills laboratories using evidence-based practices and modern clinical technologies.
- Assess student learning outcomes, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress toward program competencies.
- Foster an equitable, engaging, and supportive educational environment that accommodates diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
- Provide academic mentoring and support during scheduled office hours to enhance student retention and NCLEX-RN pass rates.
- Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and clinical evaluation records in compliance with institutional deadlines and state nursing board regulations.
- Collaborate with full-time faculty, clinical coordinators, and healthcare facility partners to ensure curriculum alignment with current industry standards.
