Job Vacancy: Cook Commis 3 Employer / Company: Palau Pacific Resort DMW Registration / Accreditation No.: 10102498 Job Location: Palau Cook Commis 3 Qualifications: Must be willing to work as a Cook Commis 3 in Palau. Must be capable of assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks. Must be able to follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and instructions from senior kitchen staff. Must understand the importance of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling. Must be able to work as part of a kitchen team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing ingredients for daily kitchen operations. Wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables, meat, seafood, and other food items as required. Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment. Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards. Store ingredients properly and observe food handling and storage procedures. Monitor food supplies and inform the supervisor when ingredients need replenishment. Follow instructions from the chef and other kitchen supervisors. Help ensure that food is prepared and served according to the resort’s quality standards.
