This opportunity is ideal for physically fit workers who can assist with boat operations, cargo handling, equipment maintenance, and safe movement of personnel and materials by water.Boat CrewQualifications:Previous experience as a Boat Crew, Deckhand, Marine Worker, or similar position is preferred.Experience assisting with boat operations, cargo handling, docking, mooring, and marine transportation is an advantage.Physically fit and capable of performing manual work, lifting and securing materials, and working on or around water.Comfortable working outdoors and in changing weather and marine conditions.Ability to handle ropes, lines, anchors, cargo, tools, and other marine equipment safely.Basic knowledge of boat safety procedures and emergency practices.Good teamwork, communication, discipline, and ability to follow instructions.Able to work flexible hours and support marine operations according to project requirements.Responsible, alert, hardworking, and committed to maintaining safe working conditions.Willing to follow company, construction site, and marine safety rules and procedures.Responsibilities:Assist the boat operator or captain with the safe operation and daily activities of assigned vessels.Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and transporting personnel, construction materials, tools, and equipment by boat.Prepare the vessel, equipment, tools, and supplies before departure and ensure everything is properly secured.Assist with docking, undocking, mooring, anchoring, and tying up the vessel as instructed.Handle ropes, lines, anchors, and other marine equipment safely and correctly.Monitor cargo and ensure materials and equipment remain properly secured during transportation.Assist passengers and crew members when boarding, disembarking, and moving around the vessel.Conduct routine checks of the boat, safety equipment, ropes, fuel, tools, and other basic equipment.Assist with basic cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the vessel and its equipment.Report mechanical problems, damage, leaks, equipment defects, or other safety concerns to the boat operator or supervisor.Assist during construction and marine activities, including transporting workers, supplies, and equipment to and from work sites.Follow instructions from the captain, supervisor, and project personnel during marine operations.Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping on the boat, loading areas, and related work locations.Follow maritime safety procedures, emergency procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies.Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and required life-saving equipment while performing duties on or near the water.Assist during emergency situations and follow established procedures for evacuation, rescue, and first aid when required.Perform other boat, marine support, transportation, and construction-related duties assigned by management.Requirements:Original passport and copy2 sets of updated resume (with picture)Copy of Certificate of EmploymentDiploma (if any)Walk-in applicants are welcome to apply!Visit our office for personal Pre-Screening at: MRH Global Personnel Services, Inc. 📍Unit 101 P&R Mansion, 1515 Quirino Ave. cor.
