Career Opportunity in Saudi Arabia!Job Vacancy: CRANE MECHANIC Employer/Company: Saudi Crane Services Ltd Job Location: Saudi ArabiaCRANE MECHANICQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.Previous experience in crane maintenance, heavy equipment maintenance, or industrial mechanical repair is highly relevant.Knowledge of crane mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, lifting components, and heavy equipment machinery.Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults and equipment breakdowns.Familiarity with engines, transmissions, gearboxes, brakes, bearings, hydraulic components, shafts, couplings, and related mechanical systems.Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical instructions.Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair work.Strong knowledge of mechanical safety and safe work practices.Ability to work effectively with crane operators, electricians, mechanics, and other maintenance personnel.Reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and responsible.Willing to work in demanding industrial and outdoor environments.Male applicants are preferred for this role.Responsibilities:Inspect cranes and lifting equipment to identify mechanical defects, wear, damage, and potential safety issues.Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on cranes and related equipment.Diagnose mechanical faults and breakdowns using appropriate tools, testing methods, and technical procedures.Inspect and maintain crane engines, transmissions, gearboxes, brakes, clutches, bearings, shafts, couplings, and other mechanical components.Repair, replace, and reinstall worn or damaged mechanical parts and components.Inspect hydraulic systems, cylinders, pumps, hoses, valves, and fittings for leaks, damage, and abnormal operation.Perform lubrication, greasing, adjustments, tightening, and alignment of mechanical components as required.Check crane ropes, sheaves, drums, hooks, brakes, and other mechanical lifting components for wear and proper operation.Assist in the dismantling, repair, assembly, and installation of crane machinery and components.Conduct functional and operational tests after repairs and maintenance.Identify abnormal noises, vibration, overheating, leakage, and other signs of mechanical failure.Respond to crane breakdowns and carry out timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.Follow preventive maintenance schedules and manufacturer specifications.Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, maintenance instructions, and technical documentation.Use hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and workshop machinery safely and correctly.Inspect tools and equipment before use and report defective equipment to the supervisor.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance work, repairs, replacement parts, and equipment conditions.Coordinate with crane electricians, operators, supervisors, and other maintenance personnel during repair activities.Follow proper safety procedures when working around cranes, suspended loads, moving machinery, and heavy equipment.Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times as required.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop and work area.Report major mechanical defects, safety hazards, and equipment conditions to the supervisor.Perform other crane maintenance and mechanical repair duties assigned by management.Requirements:Updated RESUMEValid passportEmployment CERTIFICATESOther CERTIFICATES related to job preferences.PEOSE-regWalk-in applicants can visit us at: East West Placement Center, Inc. 📍EWPCI HEAD OFFICE: 4165 Ponte St., Brgy.
