Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and content creators targeting the Tagalog-speaking demographic.
- Maintain daily communication, negotiate commission rates, and manage partner relationships in Filipino/Tagalog and English.
- Track, analyze, and report on key affiliate metrics including traffic, conversions, ROI, and partner performance.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to deliver marketing collaterals, promotional campaigns, and creative assets to partners.
- Monitor partner activities to ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and marketing guidelines.
- Assist in managing affiliate tracking platforms, validating partner conversions, and resolving payment or technical inquiries.
